Most of these Operations Challenges can be completed simply by playing the game, but they will help you level up faster.

Are you up to the challenge?

When playing Call of Duty 4 online, you gain experience points based on feats you perform in the game. On top of your regular experience gained from killing enemy soldiers, you can also get bonuses for performing some specific actions. Many of these can be attained simply by playing the game, though some require special effort. If you set out to accomplish all of these Challenges, you will rise in level much faster.

The Operations Challenges are the second set of challenges that are given to you upon reaching 21st level. They come available a few at a time, until you reach 27th level. When you reach the 30th level, the Killer Challenges become available. You do not have to complete all the Bootcamp or Operations ones to progress to the Killer set. In fact, none of these Challenges are required of you.

Call of Duty 4 Operations Challenges:

Free-For-All Victor I, II, and III - Place in the top 3 in 1, 5, and 15 Free for All matches (50, 100, and 250 xp)

This is a tough one to accomplish, but you will eventually make it out on top after you’ve played enough.

Team Player I, II, and III - Win 5, 15, and 30 Team DeathMatch matches (50, 100, and 250 xp)

This one isn’t that hard to do, other than being on a winning team. You could always cheat and switch sides before the end of the battle.

Search And Destroy Victor I, II, and III - Win 5, 15, and 30 Search and Destroy matches (50, 100, and 250 xp)

If you play enough matches, you’ll eventually get this one. It will take you longer than the other type matches, though.

MVP Team Deathmatch - Get the top score overall in a Team Deathmatch game 250 Somebody always comes out on top at the end of each match. Sooner or later, it’s going to be you.

Hardcore Team Player I, II, and III - Win 1, 5, and 15 Hardcore Team Deathmatch games (50, 100, and 250 xp)

Most of the servers I play on use Hardcore settings, so it doesn’t take too long to eventually get enough wins to complete this Challenge.

    Sabotage Victor I, II, and III - Win 5, 20, and 50 Sabotage games (50, 100, and 250 xp)

You can get these just from playing. The reason why you have to win so many is because Sabotage games sessions are much faster than the others.

MVP Team Hardcore - Get the top score overall in a Team Hardcore game (250 xp)

This can be tough depending on who else is playing, but you will get it eventually.

Bomb Down - Kill the bomb carrier in either Search and Destroy or Sabotage (250 xp)

This one is real easy, especially because the carrier has a big label above their head.

Bomb Defender - Kill the Bomb defender in a Search and Destroy or Sabotage match (250 xp)

If you play enough, you’ll eventually get this one. It’s real easy just to toss a grenade at them.

Bomb Planter - Kill the Bomb planter in a Search and Destroy or Sabotage match (250 xp)

Again, just toss a grenade while the person is trying to plant the bomb and you’ve got them.

Hero - Defuse a bomb in Search and Destroy (250 xp)

This can be tricky because everyone knows where the bomb is, plus it takes time. It’s best to get someone to provide cover while you defuse the bomb.

Last Man Standing - Be the last man standing in Search and Destroy (250 xp)

The best way to get this one is to find a good hiding place and wait until everyone else kills each other.
